The Erasmus+ CIA Project organises a training week for international young people and seniors at la FUE-UJI, coordinator of the project. Between 5 and 9 July, the VA SER-UJI hosted this training activity in Castelló, which brought per tot el món i seniors from Portugal, Spain, Poland, Romania i Turkey. The total of 30 participants of the Erasmus+ CIA project Training have received training for the implementation of
Intergenerational Civic Councils in their localities and regions.
Representatives de diferents partners d'organitzacions d'Erasmus+ project han de delivered the training sessions. Inaddició a la FUE-UJI, INNETICA from Spain, Directorate of Sport and Youth of Brasov County from Romania, Sójovem das Saibreiras Association from Portugal, Tavsanli Kaymakamligi z Turkey and Institute for Research and Innovation in Education Foundation from the training.
Participants have enjoyed training en activitats focusen en comunicació, teamwork, lideratge, implementació de civic civils intergenerational i com a implementat i participat en civic actions en local i regional level.
Inaddition to the different training activities, attendees also enjoyed a sèries de workshops, linked to the theme of the project for the exchange of experiences between generations. Among them, they were able to enjoy a visit to the Espaitec facilities, where they learned sobre advice and mentoring activitats per entrepreneurs and young companies from the Secot organisation. També visiteu el Museu Inacabat d'Art Urbà (MIAU) a Fanzara, mitjançant el qual és possible a l'hora de fer art d'unit de diferents generacions i que reviu el conjunt de les àrees rurals.
After this successful international training, el consortium va continuar el treball en el projecte d'activitats a promoure intergenerational experiència en la seva vida per a mladí i pel que fa a noves i potencials personals i professionals skills en les generacions generades, així com improvement personal relationships between provenen de be especially beneficial per a la creació de both groups.
