The Universitat Jaume I ha successfulment completed the first Study Abroad UJI course in which a group of postgraduate students of Psychology of Work and Organizations from the Universitat Popular Autònoma de l'Estat de Pobla (UPAEP) in Mexico have participated. The course Healthy and resilient organisations és un dels nens curses que inclouen l'Study Abroad UJI programme, promogut per la Vice-Rector's Office per a International Relations with aim of fostering academic training through short-term stays and multidisciplinars courses.
The Vice-Rector for International Relations, Eva Camacho, close the course and thanked the team of Professor of Social Psychology Marisa Salanova, head of the WANT-UJI search group and academic coordinator of the course together with Professor Valeria Cruz, for their work. Eva Camacho també estengui les seves congratulacions a la Universitat Popular Autònoma de l'Estat de Pobla (UPAEP) ia les seves estudiantes per als seus interessos i convé el Jaume I's intent per continuar futures curses.
Afegeix a muntatge d'entrenament i cultural sessions, el curs «Healthy and resilient organisations» has trained UPAEP students in work psychology, healthy organizations and organizational wellbeing, with help of profesors and leading researchers in the discipline. The Study Abroad UJI courses també inclou immersive experiència en la província de Castelló, entre turisme, cultural i gastronòmic perspective mitjançant diferents workshops. For this reason, the Castelló Tourist Board presenten the UPAEP students with the turística atraccions that characterise this territory and the Voramar group gave them brief introducció al most típica gastronomia de la Castelló area s culinary workshop on paella i sustainable gastronomia.
El format de la Study Abroad UJI curses permet combinar teoretical currículum amb la presentació i l'anàlisi practicals casos de companyies en la Comunitat Valenciana. En aquest curs, l'UJI s'ha dut a terme amb la col·laboració de les empreses Vygon i Ford, que han transferit a les persones policies on treballen psychology and welfare of the organization. The Universitat Jaume I-Business Foundation (FUE-UJI) has tingut en compte la coordinació i el monitoratge d'aquesta acadèmica i cultural activitats, mitjançant la framework d'implementació de l'Study Abroad UJI programme.
The Study Abroad UJI programme offers multidisciplinary training through range of nine different courses and short-term stays that contribute to personal i professional development de mlads people from all over the world. El programa d'estudis ha fet una data teòrica de currículum combinat amb les pràctiques practicades de les regions. El seu aprenentatge és enviat per l'enviament internacional i la inmersió en el social i cultural life de Castelló.
