The Horizon Europe Dynamo projecte, coordinat per Optics Research Group de la Universitat Jaume I de Castelló (GROC), has iniciat la seva activitat per a les primeres sessions d'international consortium, formada per quatre partners i associades entitats, les quals ha fet aquest week at la public university of Castelló.
Project Dynamo, aprovat per l'European Commission with framework of European Union's research and innovation programme, Horizon Europe-EIC PATHFINDER, teniu total budget of nearly three million euros over four years.
Nowadays, we are surrounded by screens and imaging technologies are ubiquitous: they help us en monitor la nostra health, en explore el nostre environment i les nostres telecommunications. However, és un gran nombre de processes en la naturalesa, que és molt ràpid que es recordi amb conventional cameres, però la tecnologia per desenvolupar el projecte dynamo és contribuir a quantum leap in aquesta direcció. Tot plegat, s'ha creat nous spatial light modulators basat en opto-acoustic coupling, que s'ofereix la limitació actual de la refresh rate of devices.
La idea és basada en la presentació del possible dispositius patterns simultàniament, encodeu-la a prémer few nanoseconds, la seva interacció amb la modulació de llit de llum de sequential a paral·lel. In this way, Dynamo would achieve in four years en innovació equivalent a la progressió made in half a century in computer data processing, però transferida a la field of images. Data processing de les electronics computadores had a clock frequency of 100 kHz in 1945 and reached 1 GHz in 2000.
Els partners i col·laboradors també volen opcionalitat per obtenir cada persona personalment durant la sessió i també tocar advantage de la seva estada a Castelló per participar en la Congress on Emerging Topics in Acoustic and Mechanical Metamaterials organised by the European Society of Mechanics (Euromech).
INTERNATIONAL CONSORTIUM
Inaddició a l'UJI com a coordinator, el consortium està format per l'Institut de Materials Science de Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC), el National Centre per Scientific Research (CNRS) of France, l'Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine of the United Kingdom, la University of Science and Technology (AGH) de Poland, i la Universitat Jaume I-Business Foundation com a affiliated entity.
El consortium té un nombre d'associats partners: European Association of Development Agencies (EURADA) de Belgium, Foundation for Promotion of Health and Biomedical Research of the Valencian Community (FISABIO), the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE), the Finnovaregio association, Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology of France, Holoeye Photonics AG and the Sorbonne University.
Dynamo també està suportat per un expert expert committeur de Philip Engel from HOLOEYE Photonics (Germany), PhD Sarah Benchabane from el National Center of Scientific Research, Prof. Krzysztof M. Abramski from the Wroclaw University of Technology. Sylvain Gigan from Kastler-Brossel Laboratory and Sorbonne University, Prof.
