Seran els qui \u201cabocaran\u201d els fonaments sobre els quals s&#039;assentaran les professions del futur, aprofitant les \u00e0mplies oportunitats tecnol\u00f2giques. El programa, que en alguns casos es troba a la meitat del proc\u00e9s i en altres casos al final, ha perm\u00e8s a estudiants mostrar les \u00e0rees d&#039;influ\u00e8ncia i l&#039;activitat de les mentores, la seva experi\u00e8ncia professional i personal com a dones i ha proporcionat un espai en qu\u00e8 l&#039;estudiantat pot preguntar a les mentores sobre les seves inquietuds, opcions i potencial, segons el programa preestablert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"http:\/\/www.eurofue.articagency.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/mentoras.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1652 lazyload\" width=\"359\" height=\"202\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 359px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 359\/202;\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"><strong><em>4a Reuni\u00f3 Transnacional E-STEAM: 10-11 Mar\u00e7 Larissa (Gr\u00e8cia)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (IED) ha estat l&#039;amfitri\u00f3 de la quarta<br>Reuni\u00f3 Transnacional, a la qual van assistir els socis del projecte, que van viatjar a<br>Larissa (Gr\u00e8cia) els dies 10 i 11 de mar\u00e7 per supervisar els progressos del projecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/ES-2hCiXQAAH8jC?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Imatge\" width=\"350\" height=\"319\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"><strong><em>Programa de formaci\u00f3 E-STEAM<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consorci del projecte Erasmus + E-STEAM ja ha desenvolupat el pla d&#039;estudis i el programa de formaci\u00f3 en el qual es presenten diverses propostes per abordar la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 dels estereotips de g\u00e8nere a la pr\u00e0ctica professional del professorat a m\u00e9s d&#039;un elevat nombre d&#039;activitats que poden fer servir amb l&#039;estudiantat.
