The Launch Conference of the Horizon Europe<\/strong> Programme, linked to the acts of celebration of the 30th anniversary of Jaume I University<\/a> has ended the 4 th of March with session dedicat to the global challenges and European industrial competitiveness, in which more than 570 participants<\/strong> assistiu en l\u00ednia. Setmana, organitzada mitjan\u00e7ant framework de la Generalitat de la Generalitat Valenciana per a la Coordinaci\u00f3 Nacional i Regional de R&I, a m\u00e9s per incrementar i improvar la participaci\u00f3 de tots els agents de la Comunitat Valenciana en Horizon Europe<\/strong> Programme.<\/p>\n

Aquest event \u00e9s una iniciativa de la Universitat Jaume I i el Institut Valenci\u00e0 de Business Competitiveness (IVACE<\/a>), juntament amb el Network Technological Institutes of the Valencian Region (REDIT<\/a>) and the Enterprise Europe Network per a empreses en la Comunitat Valenciana and the Region of M\u00farcia (EEN-SEIMED<\/a>). The second session of the Conference was opened by Jordi Sebasti\u00e0<\/strong>, Director of External Relations of IVACE, and Gonzalo Belenguer<\/strong>, General Director of REDIT.<\/p>\n

Sebasti\u00e0<\/strong> emphasized que \u00abla confer\u00e8ncia \u00e9s l'example de la comisi\u00f3 de les entitats de recerca i de la comunitat comunit\u00e0ria\u00bb. El director d'externals relations de l'IVACE ha il\u00b7luminat la proactiva naturalesa dels territoris: \u00abValencian network en totes les seves formes -universities, companyies, research staff \u2013 \u00e9s innovatiu, dynamick i seeks les proves que \u00e9s Horizon Europe<\/strong> can offer\u00bb. Belenguer<\/strong> highlighted the opportunities offered by Horizon Europe<\/strong> i el desenvolupament de les tecnologies dels centres per \u00abcontinuar el suport dels projectes europeus que s'hi fitin amb les seves estrat\u00e8gies de l\u00ednia\u00bb.<\/p>\n

This was followed by presentations on Pillar 2 of the Horizon Europe<\/strong> Programme: Global Challenges i European Industrial Competitiveness, by experts from the CDTI<\/a> and FECYT<\/a>. Carolina Carrasco<\/strong>, from CDTI, has presentat the details of Cluster 1 Health and Nicol\u00e1s Ojeda<\/strong>, from FECYT, has detallat els topics que correspon al Cluster 2: Cultura, Creativity and Inclusive Society. From CDTI, Maite Boyero has advanced some key data and dates regarding Cluster 3: Civil Security for Society. Enrique Pelayo, Nieves Gonz\u00e1lez, Carlos Toledo i Andrea P\u00e9rez-Carro<\/strong>, from CDTI, prove\u00efda d'informaci\u00f3 en calls per a Cluster 4: Digital, Industry and Space. The new features of Cluster 5: Climate, Energy and Mobility.were presented by Cristina Garrido<\/strong>, Juliol Dolado and Juan Carlos Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, from CDTI, i tamb\u00e9 presenten les details de Cluster 6: Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment, que tenen un pressupost de \u20ac9,000 million.<\/p>\n

Les presentacions s'aconsegueixen carregar sessi\u00f3 per presentar 12 idees o proposals a potencials projectes coordinadors de les comunitats valencianes que inclouen partners per futures calls. A total de 12 proposals hi ha presents, 4 que research groups de la Universitat Jaume I, 2 per a PhotonicSENS, 2 per la Polytechnic University de Val\u00e8ncia, les well ITI, Finnova Foundation, Space Farmers and Ecovending.<\/p>\n

The meeting was closed by Jes\u00fas Lancis<\/strong>, vicerector per a Research and Transfer of Jaime I University (UJI), que underlined: \u00abVa valenciana Region we have two great challenges in front of us: to continue with the work of internationalisation and to increase the competitiveness and productivity of our companies, challenges that the Horizon Europe<\/strong> programme addresses and reinforces considerable\u00bb.<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE HORITZ\u00d3 EUROPE PROGRAMME<\/b><\/p>\n

A part d'els european commission's budgets per al per\u00edode 2021-2027, Horizon Europe<\/strong> is the most ambitious Framework Programme for Research and Innovation per far, aiming to keep the European Union at the forefront of global investment and innovation.<\/p>\n

With a budget of approximately \u20ac100 billion, the main objectives of Horizon Europe<\/strong> are: to strengthen the scientific and technological foundations of the European Union; to innovation capacity, competitiveness i jobs in Europe; to meet citizens' priorities; and to support the socio-economic model and values of the European Union. Les fundes s\u00f3n structured entre tres grans pilars de programaci\u00f3, que s\u00f3n Open Science; Global Challenges and Industrial Competitiveness; and Open Innovation.<\/p>\n

Horizon Europe<\/strong> \u00e9s expected per generar noves investigacions i technologies i ha tingut un impacte impact en la geografia, trade i investment, aix\u00ed com significant impacte en societat i environment. L'euro euro investeix pels programes de generaci\u00f3 a la tornada d'elevar euros del GDP per a 24 anys. Investicions d'EU en R&I expectaran en l'\u00e0mbit de la direcci\u00f3 de la creaci\u00f3 de 100,000 noves jobs en R&I-related activitats durant l'investiment per\u00edode 2021-2027.<\/p>\n
