The Erasmus+ CIA Project<\/a> organises a training week for international young people and seniors at la FUE-UJI, coordinator of the project. Between 5 and 9 July<\/strong>, the VA SER-UJI<\/a> hosted this training activity in Castell\u00f3, which brought per tot el m\u00f3n i seniors from Portugal, Spain, Poland, Romania i Turkey. The total of 30 participants of the Erasmus+ CIA<\/a> project Training have received training for the implementation of
\nIntergenerational Civic Councils in their localities and regions.<\/p>\n

Representatives de diferents partners d'organitzacions d'Erasmus+ project han de delivered the training sessions. Inaddici\u00f3 a la FUE-UJI, INNETICA from Spain, Directorate of Sport and Youth of Brasov County from Romania, S\u00f3jovem das Saibreiras Association from Portugal, Tavsanli Kaymakamligi z Turkey and Institute for Research and Innovation in Education Foundation from the training.<\/p>\n

Participants have enjoyed training<\/a> en activitats focusen en comunicaci\u00f3, teamwork, lideratge, implementaci\u00f3 de civic civils intergenerational i com a implementat i participat en civic actions en local i regional level.
\nInaddition to the different training activities, attendees also enjoyed a s\u00e8ries de workshops, linked to the theme of the project for the exchange of experiences between generations. Among them, they were able to enjoy a visit to the Espaitec facilities, where they learned sobre advice and mentoring activitats per entrepreneurs and young companies from the Secot organisation. Tamb\u00e9 visiteu el Museu Inacabat d'Art Urb\u00e0 (MIAU) a Fanzara, mitjan\u00e7ant el qual \u00e9s possible a l'hora de fer art d'unit de diferents generacions i que reviu el conjunt de les \u00e0rees rurals.<\/p>\n

After this successful international training<\/strong>, el consortium va continuar el treball en el projecte d'activitats a promoure intergenerational experi\u00e8ncia en la seva vida per a mlad\u00ed i pel que fa a noves i potencials personals i professionals skills en les generacions generades, aix\u00ed com improvement personal relationships between provenen de be especially beneficial per a la creaci\u00f3 de both groups.<\/p>\n
