The Universitat Jaume I ha successfulment completed the first Study Abroad UJI<\/a> course in which a group of postgraduate students of Psychology of Work and Organizations from the Universitat Popular Aut\u00f2noma de l'Estat de Pobla (UPAEP) in Mexico have participated. The course Healthy and resilient organisations<\/strong> \u00e9s un dels nens curses que inclouen l'Study Abroad UJI programme, promogut per la Vice-Rector's Office per a International Relations with aim of fostering academic training through short-term stays and multidisciplinars courses.<\/p>\n

The Vice-Rector for International Relations, Eva Camacho<\/strong>, close the course and thanked the team of Professor of Social Psychology Marisa Salanova<\/strong>, head of the WANT-UJI search group and academic coordinator of the course together with Professor Valeria Cruz<\/strong>, for their work. Eva Camacho tamb\u00e9 estengui les seves congratulacions a la Universitat Popular Aut\u00f2noma de l'Estat de Pobla (UPAEP) ia les seves estudiantes per als seus interessos i conv\u00e9 el Jaume I's intent per continuar futures curses.<\/p>\n

Afegeix a muntatge d'entrenament i cultural sessions, el curs \u00abHealthy and resilient organisations\u00bb has trained UPAEP students in work psychology, healthy organizations and organizational wellbeing, with help of profesors and leading researchers in the discipline. The Study Abroad UJI courses tamb\u00e9 inclou immersive experi\u00e8ncia en la prov\u00edncia de Castell\u00f3, entre turisme, cultural i gastron\u00f2mic perspective mitjan\u00e7ant diferents workshops. For this reason, the Castell\u00f3 Tourist Board<\/strong> presenten the UPAEP students with the tur\u00edstica atraccions that characterise this territory and the Voramar<\/strong> group gave them brief introducci\u00f3 al most t\u00edpica gastronomia de la Castell\u00f3 area s culinary workshop on paella i sustainable gastronomia.<\/p>\n

El format de la Study Abroad UJI curses permet combinar teoretical curr\u00edculum amb la presentaci\u00f3 i l'an\u00e0lisi practicals casos de companyies en la Comunitat Valenciana. En aquest curs, l'UJI s'ha dut a terme amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les empreses Vygon i Ford, que han transferit a les persones policies on treballen psychology and welfare of the organization. The Universitat Jaume I-Business Foundation (FUE-UJI)<\/a> has tingut en compte la coordinaci\u00f3 i el monitoratge d'aquesta acad\u00e8mica i cultural activitats, mitjan\u00e7ant la framework d'implementaci\u00f3 de l'Study Abroad UJI programme.<\/p>\n

The Study Abroad UJI programme offers multidisciplinary training through range of nine different courses and short-term stays that contribute to personal i professional development de mlads people from all over the world.
