The project ETHNA SYSTEM<\/strong>, framed in the Horizon 2020 program, aims to implement, over the next 3 years, an ethical governance system that promotes good practices in responsible research and innovation (Responsible Research and Innovation) in higher education centers, research centers and entities that finance research. To achieve this, the European project has a consortium formed by 10 entities<\/strong> from 8 different countries, among which is the Universitat Jaume I of Castell\u00f3 (UJI), as coordinator of the project, and the FUE-UJI, who will provide support to the UJI as an associated entity.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In addition to the UJI, the consortium is made up of Norwegian University of Science and Technology<\/em> (Norway), European Network of Research Ethics Committees<\/em> (Germany), BIOCOM (Germany), Zentrum f\u00fcr Soziale Innovation<\/em> (Austria), Danish Board of Technology Foundation<\/em> (Denmark), Applied Research and Communication<\/em> (Bulgaria), Archimedes Foundation<\/em> (Estonia), UNINOVA (Portugal) and FECYT (Spain). Among all the partner entities, the H2020 ETHNA SYSTEM project will launch as a pilot, 6 ETHNA Offices<\/strong> in the management structures of 6 of the partner organizations, one of them the UJI.<\/p>\r\n

In these ETHNA Offices, work will be carried out on 4 tools: the code of ethics, the ethical committee, the ethical line of alerts and suggestions and informative indicators on compliance with the RRI<\/strong>. All this to promote research from integrity<\/strong>, the equality <\/strong>of gender, the open science<\/strong> and the citizen commitment<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The UJI research groups Practical Ethics and Democracy and Law, Gender and Effective Equality of Women and Men<\/strong> They are the ones who will carry out this project at the Jaume I University of Castell\u00f3. The Unversitat Jaume I Foundation-Company<\/strong> will participate in this project by supporting the UJI in communication, dissemination and event organization activities during the implementation of ETHNA SYSTEM.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The following days January 30 and 31<\/strong> The project will take its first steps in Castell\u00f3 with the celebration of the Initial meeting <\/strong>of the project partners.
