Are the mentors the new references?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEAM mentors can become the new drivers of future generations. They will be the ones who will \u201cpour\u201d the foundations on which the professions of the future will be based, taking advantage of the broad technological opportunities. In everyday life, where the future will be present, only people who are prepared will have a place \u2013 dazzling Steam, passionate STEAM, unique STEAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E-STEAM mentoring program<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In each of the partner countries, the project managed to capture the attention and curiosity of several institutions and women with professions in STEAM areas, who offered to lead a six-month mentoring program created by the E-STEAM project association. . The program, which in some cases is in the middle of its process and in other cases at the end, has allowed students to show the areas of influence and activity of the mentors, their professional and personal experience as women and has provided a space in which the students can ask the mentors about their concerns, options and potential, according to the pre-established program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4th Transnational E-STEAM Meeting: March 10-11 Larissa (Greece)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (IED) has hosted the fourth
Transnational Meeting, attended by the project partners, who traveled to
Larissa (Greece) on March 10 and 11 to monitor the progress of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E-STEAM training program<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Erasmus + E-STEAM project consortium has already developed the curriculum and training program in which several proposals are presented to address the issue of gender stereotypes in the professional practice of teachers in addition to a high number of activities that they can use with the students. Currently, the Greek partner institution IED is making the final adjustments to the training program on the international digital teacher training platform (Athena).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
