On Wednesday, June 23 at 9:30 a.m., the FUE-UJI hosted the Event Multiplier<\/strong> of the Erasmus+ project Ecoblue Tourism<\/a> coordinated by the FUE-UJI through the EuroFUE-UJI. The results developed within the framework of the project have been presented, which have had the collaboration of the Jaume I University (UJI), the Port Authority of Castell\u00f3n, the Provincial Tourist Board of Castell\u00f3n, SECOT and the NGO Il\u00eawasi .<\/p>\n

Inmaculada Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, vice-rector of Students and Social Commitment of the UJI, was in charge of opening the session by highlighting \u201cthe blue economy as one of the most important niches for entrepreneurship\u201d, especially innovative blue tourism. Next, Gloria Serra<\/strong>, manager of the FUE-UJI, has presented the project Ecoblue Tourism<\/a> which he has indicated, \u201cwas born directly inspired by this blue economy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Ecoblue Tourism Multiplier Event culminates the implementation of this Erasmus+ project by presenting its results in terms of sustainable and blue tourism. Nela Gomez<\/strong>, director of the European and International Projects Office of the FUE-UJI, has presented the Training Guide on business plans in blue ecotourism, and the Ecoblue tourism mobile application. During the session, the characteristics that this App presents and how it can be installed and used by young people who wish to undertake in the sustainable coastal tourism sector were delved into. Anna Tolosa<\/strong>, communication manager and Project Manager, has been in charge of presenting the mobile App to the attendees of the Ecoblue Tourism Multiplier Event, which is completely free and available in the Play Store and Apple Store.<\/p>\n

Also speaking at the event was Dr. Rosa Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, coordinator of the UJI research group GETUR<\/strong> (Cabinet of Tourism Studies), presenting the ingredients of success in sustainable tourism. Rosa Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez highlighted the Ecoblue Tourism App as a \u201cvery interesting tool to get started in projects of this type\u201d, to which she added \u201cthese actions must be in line with sustainable, inclusive, responsible and supportive tourism\u201d.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
