The Erasmus+ project C.I.A. Project<\/a> organizes a training week for international young people and seniors at the FUE-UJI, project coordinator. Between the days July 5 and 9<\/strong> the FUE-UJI<\/a>, has hosted this training activity in Castell\u00f3 that has brought together young people and seniors from Portugal, Spain, Poland, Romania and Turkey. The total of 30 participants in the Erasmus+ project training INC<\/a> They have received training for the implementation of Intergenerational Civic Councils in their localities and regions.<\/p>\n

Representatives of the different partner organizations of this Erasmus+ project have given the training sessions. In addition to the FUE-UJI, the training has been given by INNETICA also from Spain, the Directorate of Sports and Youth of the County of Brasov from Romania, the S\u00f3jovem das Saibreiras Association from Portugal, Tavsanli Kaymakamligi from Turkey and the Research and Innovation Institute Foundation in Education from Poland.<\/p>\n

The participants in these journeys<\/a> training courses have enjoyed training in activities focused on communication, teamwork, leadership, the implementation of Intergenerational Civic Councils and how to implement and participate in civic actions at the local and regional level.
\nIn addition to the different training activities, attendees have also enjoyed a series of workshops, linked to the theme of the project for the exchange of experiences between generations. Among them, they have been able to enjoy a visit to the Espaitec facilities, where they have learned about the advisory and mentoring activities for entrepreneurs and young companies led by the Secot organization. They have also visited the Unfinished Museum of Urban Art (MIAU) in Fanzara, through which they have been able to observe how art can unite different generations and thus rekindle the young spirit of rural areas.<\/p>\n

After this successful day of international training<\/strong>, the consortium will continue working on the following project activities to promote the exchange of intergenerational knowledge from old to young and with it the development of new and potential personal and professional skills in both generations, as well as the improvement of personal relationships between generations, which has proven to be especially beneficial for the development of both groups.<\/p>\n
