Among the sectors targeted by the program Innovation Fund, it is worth highlighting the facilities for the manufacture of ceramic products by firing, in particular tiles, bricks, refractory bricks, tiles, ceramic stoneware or porcelain, as well as any sector intensive in energy consumption. For this reason, this session has aroused special interest in Patrons of the FUE-UJI, which focus their activity on this sector, since they are an important part taking into account that approximately 94% of production ceramics Spanish has its origin in the province of Castellón, where 80% of the companies in the sector are located.
