Caixalmassora, entity belonging to the Board of Trustees of the Universitat Jaume I-Empresa Foundation and a regular collaborator in different initiatives of the UJI, will finance a new activity of the FUE-UJI: the cycle «Europe 2027 business breakfasts».
The Universitat Jaume I-Company Foundation, through its European and International Projects Office of the FUE-UJI, EuroFUE-UJI, promotes this action, the first session of which will take place next September 30th and which will consist of a monthly meeting in which first-hand information will be provided to the Trustees of the FUE-UJI about the new financing mechanisms and subsidies of the European Union, aimed at both companies and public entities.
Among the topics that will be discussed are the European Funds for the period 2021 -2027, the program Innovation Fund, Green Deal, EIC Accelerator and Horizon Europe.
Caixalmassora, a century-old entity based in Almassora, is a benchmark among rural savings banks, an institution that is constantly renewed at the service of Almassora and its people, with an important social and cultural component. An institution that is involved in the development of the province, betting on initiatives that contribute to improving the competitiveness of the economic environment.
On this occasion, Caixalmassora has allied with the Universitat Jaume I-Company Foundation to carry out this action, which aims to bring companies closer to information on the budget for the European investment and aid programs for the period 2021-2027. Programs that will have a budget of more than 1,100,000 million euros and whose access is, on many occasions, unknown to companies, foundations and other civil society entities.
The signing of the collaboration agreement between Caixalmassora and the FUE-UJI took place on September 18 in the halls of the bank with the assistance of Michael Serra, president of Caixalmassora; Marian Llop, CEO; Carlos Cabrera, executive president of FUE-UJI and Gloria Serra, manager of the Foundation.
