The Erasmus+ CIA project, coordinated by the FUE-UJI, will improve the skills and employability of young people with fewer opportunities by creating Local Intergenerational Civic Councils. Based on the exchange of knowledge and experiences, CIA will promote the development of the personal and professional skills of young people. To this end, the project will develop the following Intellectual Products: IO1 Operational Manual for the functioning of the Intergenerational Civic Councils and drafting of a Training Module based on the development of specific skills for CIA participants, IO2 Practical guide for facilitators and interlocutors of CIA and IO3 Collaborative platform for the promotion of Intergenerational Civic Councils. In addition, within the framework of the project, a three-day international training stay will also be carried out for CIA interlocutors and facilitators.
