TRAINING PROGRAM IN GREECE
In Greece, during the pilot phase of the Training Programme, teachers from public and private schools registered on the ATHENA platform to test their knowledge of STEAM education and evaluate the training material developed by partners. A total of 12 teachers from the first educational level participated.
TRAINING PROGRAM IN PORTUGAL
On September 25, in a face-to-face session, the teachers who are developing the project presented the E-STEAM Training Program to a group of teachers from the Scolas de Silves Group.
During the presentation, the teachers were very receptive, very curious and participatory and, immediately, they mentioned that it was a very current and interesting topic.
GENDER EQUALITY IN COUNTRIES: MYTHS, STEREOTYPES AND REALITY IN BULGARIA
This was the theme of the multiplier events held on September 10 and 30, 2020, in which the intellectual products of the “Equality in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics /E-STEAM/” project, funded by the Erasmus + CE program. The events included meetings with Ruse University faculty as well as successful professionals from various business fields.
FUE-UJI TRAINING PROGRAM
The E-STEAM Teacher Training Program was carried out during the month of October and November with 4 online sessions with the mentors through the ATHENA Platform. The sessions were ultimately held online only due to the pandemic situation and the safety and comfort of the participants, who preferred to participate in a fully online course. A total of 11 mentors have benefited from this course and its resources.
E-STEAM MULTIPLIER EVENTS IN PORTUGAL
The Portuguese group, after some contacts to hold the in-person event in three school groups and two universities, due to covid, only managed to hold a face-to-face multiplier event at the University of the Algarve, on November 17, for 31 future teachers, from preschool to basic education, and for its teachers. The event was well attended and the future teachers carried out some activities of the E-STEAM training program, which led them to reflect on gender stereotypes in the areas of STEAM and the consequences that, in the context of teaching, can influence and condition the students' choices.
MONTHLY ONLINE MEETINGS AND LAST TRANSNATIONAL MEETING OF THE PROJECT
The last transnational meeting held in Ruse, Bulgaria was canceled due to the pandemic and replaced by an online meeting of E-STEAM partners to be held on January 15, 2021.
During 2020, monthly meetings were held to evaluate the results of the latest project. All results and dissemination actions were discussed and completed. This was the way to deal with the limitations that the pandemic imposed on the project.
'DESIGNATHON' – Professional Foundation of Romania
Despite the fear of carrying out this challenging activity, it seemed that if planned well it could bring new perspectives for the teachers and enjoyable activities for the students. The promotion of Design Thinking as a method that can be applied in many interesting projects and activities was accompanied by the creative and critical thinking skills developed during this DESING + MARATHON.
LAST MULTIPLIER EVENT IN SPAIN
The FUE-UJI, through its European and International Projects Office (EuroFUE-UJI) has presented the E-STEAM project, for the promotion of equality in STEM, at the E-STEAM Multiplier Event, this Monday, December 21 at 9:30 am in the FUE-UJI Assembly Hall. The event has announced the progress of the project and the results obtained after its two years of execution, in addition to hosting a debate on the promotion of equality in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) careers.
MULTIPLIER EVENT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF “DIMITRE CANTEMIR”
Dimitrie Cantemir University has organized the ESTEAM multiplier event on December 21, 2020. The event started with the registration of the participants and the provision of COVID 19 prevention measures. The welcome message was addressed by Mr. Rector Simionescu Mircea. The presentation of the E-STEAM project was made by the coordinator, Balan Sorina-Mihaela. A special point has been the dissemination of intellectual products – mentoring activities were presented by prof.univ. Dr. Tomuletiu Adriana (project mentor).
AFTER THE PILOT PHASE OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
FPS Leonardo da Vinci, the lead organization of IO6, analyzed the results of the post-pilot phase evaluation and proposed guidelines for the operation of the project products after the Erasmus+ funding period.

On December 8, the Entrepreneurship Development Institute held a free online event: The Today's Labor Market and Gender Equality.
