The EuroFUE-UJI attends the Infoday of the ENI CBC Mediterranean program

The ENI CBC Mediterranean program is within the European Union's commitment to Euro-Mediterranean cooperation. The project makes a total of 209 million euros available to actors in the Mediterranean basin, with the aim of carrying out joint initiatives.

The ENI CBC Mediterranean program is within the European Union's commitment to Euro-Mediterranean cooperation. The project makes a total of 209 million euros available to actors in the Mediterranean basin, with the aim of carrying out joint initiatives.


The strategic margin of ENI CBC Med focuses on four points: Business and SME Development, Support for education, training and research, Promotion of social inclusion and the fight against poverty and Protection of the environment and the fight against climate change. The target audience of the program is women and young people. In addition, cooperation, institutional capacities and respect for democratic principles and human rights are promoted.  

On May 7, EuroFUE-UJI attended the ENI program Infoday. The event took place in the Nou d'Octubre Administrative City, in Valencia.

The day began at half past nine with a welcome coffee. Following this, various speeches were given by Daría Terrádez, General Director of relations between the European Union and the Spanish State, Marián Uriarte, Director of Finance of the Ministry, Anna Catte, Director of management of the ENI program and Diego Escalona, Director of operations and partners, of the Mediterranean Union.

The rest of the day was divided into two parts, the first dealt with general information about the proposals in the call and the second revolved around technical information for the project application procedure.

Finally the meeting ended at half past five in the afternoon. A successful event that paves the way for Euro-Mediterranean relations and cooperation.
