Nela Gómez, head of the EuroFUE-UJI team, met on May 6 at the Dimitrie Cantemir University (Romania). The objective of the trip has focused on the 2nd International E-STEAM Meeting, where they have talked about issues such as the results of the project or the quality plan, carried out by the EuroFUE-UJI.

The project aims, at European level, to encourage women from an early age to train in the field of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. To do this, the project requires a series of teachers who can serve as models among young women, both in schools and institutes.
During days six and seven, four stereotypes that are part of the studies obtained in women have been shown: girls believe themselves less capable of studying STEM (science, technology, mathematics and engineering); They, on the contrary, feel more comfortable in these sectors of communication; They are more hardworking and for them working in STEM fields is something innate and, lastly, men are guided to achieve their goals and women are guided towards care and society.
Finally, EuroFUE-UJI presented the project's strategic quality plan with the aim of optimizing future results.
