The European and international projects office of the Jaume I University Foundation-Business (EuroFUE-UJI) has established the first contacts with the University of Lahore (Pakistan) to jointly define an Erasmus project. The EuroFUE-UJI team met with the Dr. Malik Hammad Ahmad, professor at the University of Lahore, fourth university most important in Pakistan, according to university rankings.
During this first meeting, Dr. Mailk Hammad presented to EuroFUE-UJI his main working ideas for the launch of a project Erasmus set. The first conversations between the partners establish as the main theme the work on the peace, where Dr. Malik Hammad has focused his research both at the University of Lahore and at the ILEWASI International Summer School on Peace Education and Children's Rights, of which he is currently director.
This project proposal will focus on the most young, with the intention of forming a youth whose values include peace and the defense of the people's rightsWith the goal of reaching this target audience, the final proposal will be detailed in the coming months and will be presented internationally in the next call for proposals.
