The FUE-UJI presents the Ecoblue Tourism project in the European Funds cycle 2021-2027

The FUE-UJI has participated by presenting the Erasmus+ project Ecoblue Tourism in the 3rd session of the cycle “European Funds 2021 2027” organized by EuropeDirect Castellón. This 3rd session of the cycle focuses on presenting the European Financing Funds for private entities and companies, as well as success stories financed in different European programs aimed at these audiences, as is the case of the Ecoblue Tourism project.

The event held on Thursday, March 11, was inaugurated by Pau Ferrando, deputy for Economic Promotion, Employment and Internationalization of the Castelló Provincial Council, who highlighted the importance of going hand in hand with companies that have a lot to offer the EU in sustainability and digitalization. Next, Angel Adell, CEO of Euradia, presented the different financing options for private entities and companies through the European Financing Funds: "European funds need an access strategy and knowing all the available financing mechanisms."

Success stories have been presented by the National Center for Experimentation of Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technologies (CNH2) with the Interreg SUDOE IMPROVEMENT Project, the Fundación Empresa Universidad Galicia (FEUGA) with the H2020 project Soil diver agro, GFM Fotovoltaica with the FEDER Aliena project and the Universitat Jaume I-Empresa de Castelló Foundation (FUE-UJI) with the Erasmus+ Ecoblue Tourism project.

The project Ecoblue Tourism on entrepreneurship training in the blue and sustainable tourism sector has presented at the conference the keys to preparing proposals in the Erasmus+ call. The consortium that forms the project and the different activities that it carries out, its adaptation of content and training to COVID-19, as well as the expected results of this project that ends next August after two years of implementation.
