Urban Innovative Actions (UIA) is a European Union initiative that provides urban areas across Europe with resources to test new solutions to address urban challenges. The initiative has a total ERDF budget of €372 million for the period 2014 to 2020.
The EuroFUE-UJI along with Càtedra d'Innovació Ceràmica Ciutat de Vila-real – Universitat Jaume I, Globalis Foundation, he Vilareal City Council and Climate-KIC, among others, will present a highly innovative project proposal that has never been implemented anywhere else in Europe. The goal is to facilitate the local economy by increasing the capacity and skills of the workforce and providing favorable conditions for business development and job creation.
