Next June, the next management assignment focused on Horizon Europe is scheduled to be renewed, from the Universitat Jaume I to the FUE. During the 2018-2019 period, the EuroFUE-UJI worked to promote, encourage and assist research groups in Horizon 2020 projects, also in a management assignment from the UJI to the FUE.
During the 2018-2019 stage, EuroFUE-UJI has carried out a total of three
positioning at European and international level. These have been carried out at the events: ERRIN H2020 Project Development Week; European Week of Regions and Cities and in the EU Sustainable Energy Week. The three events shared the same location, Brussels. These events also required the preparation of work agendas and the organization of conferences and events by the EuroFUE-UJI office.
Regarding the work carried out for projects led by the university, or in which the UJI participates as a partner, the foundation's activity is summarized in its technical assistance. This assistance begins in the previous phase and ends in the execution of the project.
In the first stage, the preliminary phase, the EuroFUE-UJI participated in the necessary national and transnational meetings, for the collection of information and the subsequent formulation of proposals. Furthermore, within this preparation, there is the search for partners and the formation of a consortium, as well as the necessary compilation of administrative documents for the proposals.
On the other hand, the management task also includes the subsequent writing and online presentation of projects to the European H2020 call. As well as, preparing your budget. This is the last phase carried out by EuroFUE-UJI, until the possible approval of the projects presented, among which we find: AGNESS, UncorrelaTed, ETHNA System and TEMPLAR.
Currently, the management assignment for the EuroFUE-UJI is in the process of renewal.
In the next assignment, the projects will be submitted to the European Horizon Europe call. It is expected that the renewal of the contract will take place in June.
